Who says the market has slowed down? Not in Millcroft, according to the statistics provided by the Realtors Association of Hamilton Burlington. As always,I have separated the Millcroft and Millrose area sales from the Board ‘s Burlington stats. In the Millrose area (Walkers Line to Appleby Line, Upper Middle to Dundas), there were 273 sales this year (detached, freeholds and condos). Last year there were 244 sales. None of the figures provided in Millcroft marketwatch account for new home sales.
