I love to shop! And helping you find the perfect home is the ultimate shopping trip. Whether you’re in a hurry, or have all the time in the world, I can help. Whether you’re moving up, or downsizing, I can help. Whether it’s your first home or your last home, I can help. Whether you want Burlington, or any of the surrounding communities, I can help.
Buying a home is probably the largest investment you’ll make in your lifetime. It's not always easy, and can be a bit stressful at times, but it can also be a lot of fun. Let me show you how to make it a positive experience.
Before we start, we need to know how much you can afford. Talk to your favourite banker or mortgage broker and get a pre-approval for which there should be no fee or obligation. That way, we won’t waste time looking at houses out of your price range.
Determine what you and your family need in a home – how many bedrooms, baths, single or double garage, finished basement, etc. etc.
Do you have a preference in house styles – ranch, raised ranch, back split, side split or two storey? Do you want a single detached home or will you consider townhomes or condominiums?
And most importantly, it’s true – location, location, location. If you already know where you want to live, terrific. If you have no idea, let me show you the wonderful and unique characteristic of each neighbourhood in Burlington. If you prefer the surrounding areas, I’m familiar with all of them – Oakville, Milton, Waterdown, Flamborough, Dundas, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, Grimsby and Hamilton.
Call me. My promise is to provide you with sound real estate advice and help you understand the future implications of the decisions you make. My goal is to build a life-long relationship with you, based on trust. My mission is to make a positive difference in your transaction, your life, and ultimately, in the world.
